This guest house is fabulous. Location is excellent and the the quality of the rooms is exceptional value for the price. We found the people friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend. Hope to be back.
What an amazing place to stay, rooms are really clean free mini bar with soft drinks filled each day and kitchen with refreshment’s. best of all here is the staff. Giuseppe spent a good 30 minutes talking about Rome and places to eat, drink and visit and also helped with the booking our our visits. Best of all directed us to the best Pizza and Gelato in Rome. will 100% be returning here and highly recommend to all.
thank for the perfect hospitality guys it was a pleasure
Outside our bathroom and in the room with us, a huge and very quiet jacuzzi tub, a true treat after walking Rome all day.
Plenty of Drinks and breakfast items available 24 hours included-Awesome. I do not think I have ever rated a room so highly, but worth every dime.
Perfect hotel for our first time in Rome. Great location – was very central – around a 15 minute walk to Trevi Fountain. Hotel itself was lovely with helpful and friendly staff who were able to accommodate for changes in our flight times and keep our luggage after check out time on our last day as we had an evening flight home. We stayed in the double room with city view and found the room to have everything we needed. It was very clean and staff tidied every day as well as leave fresh towels and restock the mini fridge with FREE beverages (which we loved!)
Free access to the kitchenette was also a highlight as this saved us money on breakfasts all holiday. Enjoyed having a coffee on the balcony each morning.
If ever returning to Rome we will definitely be back and would love to try the luxury suite with the hot tub. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome.
We spent two nights here, leaving today. We reserved the luxury suite, with a big double jacuzzi. It is beautiful, clean & comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful, lots of inclusions that we did not expect. Like a mini bar filled with soft drink and water every day at no cost. The accommodation is in a great location. Not very far from the Trevi fountain. Great cafe and pharmacy etc all very close. If we ever return to Rome we will absolutely stay again.
Highly recommend this location. Close to everything yet in a very quiet area. Restaurants close by (try ice cream shop up the street and pizza restaurant one block away). Giuseppe was very helpful in assisting with our planning, providing recommendations on sites to see and reservations. We stayed in Comfort Suite and nice feature to have a patio to sit outside after a long day. Comfy king size bed, full size hairdryer, toiletries, fridge and access to kitchen area for hot drinks and snacks. Supermarket a few blocks away and two metro stations close by. Also have them make arrangements for private shuttle to airport.
Great location, lovely and quiet but close enough to all the main sites. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was very nice and very clean. There’s a great little coffee shop just down the road (turn right out of the building and just walk for a couple of minutes) for breakfast with very reasonable prices and very friendly and helpful staff. We would definitely use this again and recommend it to others.
Happy to stay here. Good location, clean, space and very very helpful staff. Not too far from metro and there are many restaurants and food shops in the area.
Now I understand why they got booked pretty fast!
Breakfast can be limited but u can get coffee and snack 24 hrs here. I normally have only coffee and maybe some sweet so it’s not a problem for me.
Free wifi 🙂
Good location in the middle of the city, nice and clean rooms and with staff that you can rely on. If I ever go back to Rome, I will stay here again. Rome in itself is a great city for sightseeing, every building has a history.
Would highly recommend this accommodation. We stayed in the luxury room which has the big hot tub we found was reasonably priced. Giuseppe and Guiliana are lovely and very helpful and made us feel very welcome. We found the location was spot on. Worth every penny would definitely stay here again 🙂
The room and service were both excellent. I called about a week before I arrived and when I arrived everything was exactly how I asked and hoped. i highly recommend Blue Inn for your stay in Rome. The walk to Roma Termini was excellent
Just got back from a wonderful 4 days in Rome. I picked Blue Inn Luxury suites on the strength of the reviews and I was so glad I did. The reviews are spot on. We had the sphere suite with a balcony that had a pretty nice view, was lovely having a coffee of a morning taking in the Roman sounds and air. The rooms are located on the top floor of an Italian building so you feel like you’re a local rather than staying in normal hotel. Our room was spacious & very clean and on arrival they had bought my Mrs a bunch of flowers and written a note as it was her birthday. Nice touch. The bed was super comfy and the shower was hard to get out of because it was so nice. Giuseppe was our host and what a fantastic one he was too. He showed us around and made everything clear and most importantly very welcome. He recommended great restaurants and places to go/see and was very honest and genuine. At the end he felt more like a friend than someone who works at the apartments. He was most appreciated.
There are only 5 rooms on the floor we were on and we heard no noise. The area of accommodation was perfect, out of the tourist zone & you felt more like a local. There are some great restaurants dotted about locally so make sure to take advantage of that. Also 30 seconds up the road is the best Gelato you will ever taste!
5 minutes from BARBERINI metro and the trains were easy to use but we walked mainly, 10-15 minutes from Spanish steps/Trevi which was perfect. There is a little kitchen area where you can help yourself to tea and coffee and snacks free of charge, water and drinks were put in the fridge daily and were free of charge too which I thought was lovely. Would 100% Come back to Blue Inn Luxury Suites, You will get the perfect city break staying here, Comfy, welcoming and a very personable service that I think you don’t get with a lot of hotels.
Once again thank you for everything & Grazie Giuseppe! We will definitely be back!

I would say one word “”EXCELLENT LIVING”…..The cleanest and the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in Rome… Also, the lady, the owner of the hotel, is a very polite and helpful person…Thank you…. Many many stars….
We enjoyed our stay at Blue Inn. It’s a very small place with just a handful of rooms tucked on the top floor of an apartment building. Every room has a cute balcony, which it was so hot we barely used it. Our first room had the AC break, but Lorenzo took care of it for us and allowed us to move rooms. He came late at night for us to move rooms-so kind of him. Our new room had ice cold AC and we were so comfortable after a long day of sightseeing in the heat.
We highly recommend all of Lorenzo’s recommendations for food and gelato!! Definitely go to Taverna Flavia for dinner–it was just perfect! And don’t pass up Latte for gelato–best in Rome!! Oh I dream of that gelato with the warm chocolate melted in the bottom of the cone!
Anyway, the hotel was very far from everything but it was nice to go back at night and have a quiet relaxing room to fall asleep in. Would highly recommend! Thank you Lorenzo for your hospitality!
I stayed here to start off a Euro trip and loved it. I had a beautiful Vista view room with a little balcony perfect for morning coffee. The location is a quick walk from Termini train station (or a 6-7 Euro cab ride) and is in a more quiet area. I’ve preferred staying in this neighborhood each time I am in Rome and this may be my favorite hotel choice from now on.
